Testing & Tolerances We Can Meet

Our state-of-the-art testing equipment allows us to meet rigorous test requirements and tight tolerances:
  • CMM Romer 7-axis absolute arm
  • Wireless scanning or probing capability with 4.5m (7.38’) reach and accuracy to ±0.070mm (±.0027”)
  • QC Laser scanner which scans 2-D parts up to 1.0m (39.37”) in diameter
We provide PPAP Submissions – Level 3 support for all of our high volume manufactured components.
