Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quote Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will interpret customer drawings and prepare cost estimates for products and layout the suggested virtual manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or interpret customer prints for quoting and manufacturing processes.
- Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Enter parts into our virtual manufacturing system, and layout the suggested virtual manufacturing process.
- Confer with all departments regarding changes and adjustments to quotes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of manufacturing quoting experience.
- Minimum 1-year experience using Auto CAD/Draftsight.
- Perform all duties in a professional, productive manner, with emphasis on our Quality Policy
- Is skillful in the operation of typically used related tools, materials, and equipment.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must possess knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications.
- Must possess knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
- Knowledge of project management software beneficial.
- Knowledge of accounting software is beneficial.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
